The Technopol Personal Panel Door is a made-to-measure single-leaf pedestrian door whose leaf is cut from the same laminated EPS sandwich panel as LiteSpan walls — two Chromadek coated-steel skins bonded to a fire-retarded EPS (FRCel) core — hung in a lipped steel jamb that either clips over an EPS panel wall or fits inside a brick reveal.

Core density is grade-dependent: the brochure and 2021 door-leaf calc specify 15 kg/m³ (wall grade); the current 1 May 2026 door-leaf calculator uses 24 kg/m³ (24DV high-traffic grade). No datasheet fixes a single definitive production grade. Reaction-to-fire class B-s1,d0 applies to the EPS core material only, tested as a 60 mm sheet at ±18.37 kg/m³ (SANS 53501-1, Ignis report 2023-08-17 Technopol, authorised 17 Aug 2023). This is a material reaction-to-fire class, NOT a fire-resistance (REI) rating; no FR30/FR60 fire-resistance result exists for the door leaf or assembly. The door is made-to-measure, ordered to 7 dimensions (A–G, all mm); the sizes listed are typical priced configurations, not a fixed size range. Jambs fit either over a Technopol EPS panel wall or inside a brick/masonry reveal. Steel-skin, panel-cover, core-thickness and 24 kg/m³ core-density values were confirmed by opening the May 2026 Door Leaf Calculator; the fire class was confirmed against the SANS 53501-1 test report.
