The roof panel is the ceiling you see from the sofa — sheet, insulation and finished ceiling in one lay, with no fastener head in the weather face.

A residential tower wrapped, floor by floor, in a Terraco EIFS skin — insulation, mesh-reinforced basecoat and textured render carried over the slab edges, reveals and arrises as one surface.

A working food plant fitted out from the inside with LiteCore: 1200 x 340 mm blocks laid by hand in thin-bed adhesive inside the existing steel shed, then plastered and painted like any other wall.

A retail facade where the mesh-reinforced basecoat, the false-joint grid and the finished colour are one continuous skin — no cladding rail, no metal coping, no separate paint system.

A whole building — chassis, walls, roof and finish — built on a galvanised cold-formed steel frame lined with LiteSpan panels, then chained down on a lowbed and driven out of the works.

A whole agricultural store where, above a brick plinth, the LiteSpan panel is the outside wall, the insulation and the finished inside surface in one board.

A row of low, flat-roofed units in an open vineyard, wrapped in EPS carried unbroken from the base track up over the roof edge, finished in Terraco render — the insulation and the weatherskin are the same wall.

A private house where the rendered wall planes are their own weather skin, texture and colour — a few millimetres of Terraco on bonded and dowelled EPS board, on planes flat and long enough to show up any mistake.

A business park where the roof panel is also the ceiling and the eaves soffit — so the laps and the screw lines are on show, inside and out.

A folded white facade on a commercial building — the planes, returns and fins are cut into the insulation and rendered, so the wall turns every corner as one continuous surface.

A building curved in plan and section, finished in render over EPS — the horizontal bands run round the curve as one surface, with no facets and no panel joints.

A curved glazed elevation with a moulded band running unbroken around it — cut EPS on galvanised carrier channel, coated in place.

Those white vertical elements are separate profiled strips, not painted lines - one stands alone against the wall and two lie loose on a dark surface off the wall.

Walls and ceilings are lined with white-faced sandwich panel installed panel by panel into the frame; joints show as fine vertical lines on the finished faces.

The shapes are rounded-triangular and teardrop outlines of varying size and orientation, arranged in loose clusters rather than a repeating grid.

Infill walls are built of large-format light-coloured blocks laid in regular courses with thin mortar joints.

The boards are held with mechanical fixings as well as adhesive: round fixing discs/washers and cross-head screw heads are visible in the EPS faces and soffits.

The partition arrives as its own finish. From panel standing on a bare deck to a serviced, occupied ward, with no plaster, no board and no paint on the wall.

The wall panel is fixed on the outside of the steel frame, so the insulation runs past the studs unbroken — and the same panel is then the sheathing and the base the cladding's own fixings screw into.
