WHAT THE PHOTOGRAPHS SHOW. The shapes are rounded-triangular and teardrop outlines of varying size and orientation, arranged in loose clusters rather than a repeating grid. The exposed face and the edge are finished with a smooth textured coating; the edge is rounded to a bullnose. Faint lines where the internal board joints sit remain readable through the coating. The top face of the suspended shapes is left as raw uncoated EPS; only the underside and the edge band are coated. Trailing foliage garlands and small warm point lights are threaded through the gaps between the shapes, and thin linear light lines run across or alongside some shapes.

The finished frames were taken with shopfronts fitted out, stocked and signed, and with people in the walkway.

WHAT IS NOT CLAIMED. Nothing here about the client, the architect, the building's use, the dates, the areas or the quantities — none of that is visible in the photographs, and this study is written from the photographs. Every statement above was checked against the frame it came from, and anything that went further than the evidence was removed.
